§ 116.06 PROVISIONS INCLUDED.
   The provisions of §§116.01 through 116.05 hereof shall be included in each and every license or franchise of the city for the use of the public ways of the city for the provision of communication services, along with such other conditions and provisions authorized by KRS 96.010, KRS 96.070 and Kentucky Constitution §163.
