(A) As used herein, words and phrases that have meanings provided therefor in §§88 through 118, House Bill 272 of the 2004 General Assembly of Kentucky, have the same meanings herein.
(B) As used herein, the words “PUBLIC WAY” mean the streets, alleys and other ways and grounds within the city that are open to public use by dedication, grant, prescription or otherwise.
