(A) Pursuant to KRS 103.200 (1) (n), the city hereby designates as a Downtown Business District, an area in the city which is described in Exhibit A of Ordinance 1985-5, and which is incorporated herein by reference. Copies of this ordinance are available during normal business hours at the office of the appropriate city official.
(B) The foregoing designation is made solely for the purposes of considering industrial building revenue bond financing for projects under the provisions of KRS 103.200 (1) (n) and for no other purpose.
