Pursuant to the authority of KRS 83A.060(5), the 2006 International Property Maintenance Code, which was published in 2006 by the International Code Council, Inc., 5203 Leesburg Pike, Suite 600, Falls Church, Virginia is hereby made a part of the permanent records of the city. The provisions thereof are hereby adopted by reference thereto, without setting them in full, but with the revisions and amendments hereinafter provided.
