§ 150.65 ALL FEES NONRETURNABLE.
   Fees required in any of the foregoing regulations or in any parts of this chapter shall not be returnable for any cause, regardless of the outcome of any decision on any application. No fee or part thereof shall be refunded once an application has been advertised for public hearing.
