§ 150.40 BUILDING SITE TO ABUT PUBLIC STREET.
   No building/zoning permit shall be issued by the Building/Zoning Inspector of the city for the construction of a residential building where the proposed building is not situated on a lot which abuts a paved street dedicated to the public and accepted or maintained by either the city, county, or state.
