The Kentucky Building Code, as contained in Chapter 7, Title 815 of the Kentucky Administrative Regulations; the Kentucky Plumbing Code, as contained in Chapter 20, Title 815 of the Kentucky Administrative Regulations; and, to the extent they are not inconsistent with the above-referenced Kentucky Codes, the latest editions of the Southern Standard Housing Code, Southern Standard Building Code, and the Southern Standard Gas Code, together with any amendments, are hereby adopted by reference and hereby extended to all single-family dwellings in the city which are to be constructed or remodeled.
