(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, company, or corporation to give, lend, sell, or offer for sale any air rifles, bows and arrows, sling shots, dart guns, and other similar dangerous instrumentalities within the confines of the city.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge, fire, or shoot any air rifle, bow and arrow, sling shot, dart gun, or other similar dangerous instrumentality within the confines of the city.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person, company, or corporation to give, barter, lend, or sell to any minor child any air rifle, bow and arrow, sling shot, dart gun, or any similar dangerous instrumentality for usage within the confines of the city.
(D) It shall be the duty of the Police Department and all other authorized persons, to see that the provisions of this section are met.
