§ 30.03 MAYOR PRO TEM.
   Pursuant to the provisions of KRS 83A.130(5), the City Council hereby provides that at all City Council meetings at which the Mayor is absent, the City Council shall elect one of its members to preside at the Council meeting. The Councilmember receiving the greatest number of votes shall preside at the meeting in the absence of the Mayor.
