§ 112.09 CITY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE FEES.

An annual fee is hereby imposed for each of the alcoholic beverage licenses hereby established and required; and the amount of that fee shall be the maximum allowed by state law, unless the application for the license is after May 30 in any year, in which event the amount of the fee shall be one-half of the maximum allowed by state law.
