Pursuant to KRS 241,160, the duties of the office of City Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator required thereby are hereby assigned to the office of the City Clerk, with the Senior Deputy Clerk and the City Administrative Officer as deputies in the absence of the City Clerk, all of whom shall be hereinafter identified and referred to collectively as the Administrator.
