§ 111.01 DOOR-TO-DOOR DISTRIBUTION OF ADVERTISING MATERIALS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
   All door-to-door distribution of advertising materials is prohibited. However, distribution of advertising materials shall be permitted when the materials are affixed in tubes on hooks, straps, or similar apparatus affixed to a resident's mail box support.
