§ 91.65 POLITICAL SIGNS.
   No person shall place or permit to be placed a political or campaign sign ("political sign") on his property or any property if such sign does not conform to the following regulations.
   (A)   The maximum size of each political sign shall not exceed twelve (12) square feet.
   (B)   Only one political sign per candidate is permitted in each yard or property. A two-sided sign is permitted, but not if placed in a "V" shape or other alignment to expose more than two message surfaces.
   (C)   All political signs must be placed back in the yard either five (5) feet back from the sidewalk or fifteen (15) feet back from the road pavement, whichever is greater.
   (D)   The top of the political sign may not exceed five (5) feet in height from the surface of the ground.
   (E)   No political signs are permitted in a street right-of-way or on public property.
   (F)   No political sign shall be placed so as to block traffic visibility on a corner lot.
   (G)   No political sign may be installed more than sixty (60) days prior to the date of the election to which it pertains.
   (H)   All political signs must be taken down and removed within ten (10) days after the election to which it pertains.
   (I)   No political sign may be posted on any vacant lot, unless written permission of the property owner is filed with the City Clerk.
