§ 91.55 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "OWNER." Any person who owns any interest in a lot or parcel of real estate in the city.
   "PERSON." Any natural person, corporation, partnership, joint venture, or any association or combination thereof.
