§ 74.21 OPERATION OR LOCATION WITHIN CITY PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.

No person shall cause or permit the operation or location of a commercial vehicle upon any portion of any street in the city, except for the purpose of the receipt or delivery of either persons or property to or from real estate which is contiguous to any portion of that street.
