For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"COMMERCIAL VEHICLE." Any motor vehicle required to be registered pursuant to the terms of KRS 186.050 and motor vehicles registered under KRS 186.060, but not including vehicles primarily designed for carrying passengers and having provision for not more than nine passengers (including driver), motorcycles, side car attachments, and pick up trucks not exceeding one-ton capacity.
"PERSON." Any natural person, corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated association, or any combination thereof.
"STREET." Any street or highway other than those streets or highways maintained by the county or the state.
