No person shall operate on any street, alley, or public way within the confines of the corporate limits of the city, any motor truck, except a semitrailer truck, whose length, including any part of the body or load, exceeds 26-1/2 feet, nor any semitrailer truck whose length, including any part of the body or load, exceeds 30 feet.
