§ 71.28 DRIVING ON MEDIAN STRIPS.
   Where the paved portion of any street in the city is physically divided by an unpaved area, curb, median, or other obstruction, no person shall cause, encourage, assist, or engage in the operation of a motor vehicle thereon except in a faorward direction wiht the unpaved area, curb, median, or other obstruction on the left side of the operator of the motor vehicle.
