§ 70.33 PROHIBITIONS.
   Nobody shall cause, promote, aid, assist, encourage, allow or engage in the operation of any motor vehicle in the city, in violation of any motor vehicle traffic regulation established by the executive authority of the city pursuant tot he provisions of this subchapter.
