EDITOR’S NOTE: The Village has adopted the Customer Service Standards attached to Ordinance 693, passed August 10, 1998, as applicable to all providers of cable television service within the Village. Any and all cable television service providers operating within the Village shall comply with these Customer Service Standards within ninety days after written notice of their adoption has been given to the provider.
The provisions of Ordinance 693 shall supersede any inconsistent provisions of any franchise agreements for provision of cable television service. Specifically these customer service standards are adopted pursuant to Ohio law and Section 632 (47 U.S.C. 552) of the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992 and Federal Communications Commission regulations adopted thereunder.
