The fee for the license for each mechanical amusement device is ten dollars ($10.00) per license year or any part thereof. The license year shall be July 1 through June 30. Any mechanical amusement devices located in the Village on July 1, shall be required to have a license on or before that date for the ensuing license year; any such devices brought into the Village or set up after July 1, shall be licensed before they are made available to the public and the full fee shall be charged for such portion of the license year as may be remaining before the next thirtieth day of June. The license for each device must be in view in a prominent place in the establishment in which the device is being exhibited.
