515.09 HUMAN RELATIONS COUNCIL ESTABLISHED.

(a) The Human Relations Council shall consist of the Edgerton Citizens Advisory Committee appointed by the Mayor and Council. The terms shall be the same as their terms on the Edgerton Citizens Advisory Committee and shall run concurrently.

(b) A quorum of the Citizens Advisory Committee shall consist of three or more members at any meeting.

(c) The Edgerton Citizens Advisory Committee shall meet and appoint a president and recording secretary within fifteen days of establishment of this chapter.
