355.03 PROHIBITIONS.

(a) No person shall cause, allow or permit any vehicle registered in the name of such person to be parked in a two hour zone for a period in excess of two hours.

(b) No person shall cause, allow or permit any vehicle operated by such person to be parked in a two hour zone for a period in excess of two hours.
