351.17 SNOW EMERGENCY STREETS.
   (a)   The following streets are hereby designated as Emergency Snow Streets: Michigan Ave., from Hull Street to Depot Street; Oak Street from Indiana Street to River Street; and Indiana Street from Oak Street to Michigan Ave.
   (b)   No person shall park a motor vehicle on a street which has been designated as an Emergency Snow Street when the snow accumulation upon said street reaches two inches or more. Parking may be resumed upon the said street at such times as the snow has been removed and until the snow accumulation again reaches two inches or more.
   (c)   In addition to the streets specified in subsection (a) hereof the Village Administrator shall have authority to designate additional Emergency Snow Streets and such designation shall become effective at such time as Emergency Snow Street signs are posted along the street.
   (d)   Village police officers are authorized to provide for the removal and impounding of any vehicle found in violation of this section in the manner provided in Section 303.08 and the registered owner shall be prima facie liable for unlawful parking as provided in Section 351.02.
   (e)   Violation of this section shall constitute a minor misdemeanor.
