(a) The following rates and charges for use and services of municipal wastewater collection and treatment system are hereby adopted and shall become effective for utility services rendered on or after the dates set forth herein.
(b) Base Rates.

Effective January 1, 2022: $0.33
Effective for bills rendered on or about January 1, 2022, and the rates and charges set forth above shall be increased by 3.5% each year thereafter effective for bills rendered on or about January 1.
NONRESIDENT SERVICES
The monthly charge for users outside the Village corporation limits shall be the sum of the applicable charges set forth herein multiplied by 1.5.
(c) All revenues derived from the rates and charges set forth in this section shall be deposited in the sanitary sewer fund. (Ord. 1081. Passed 6-1-21.)
