951.02 TERMS.

The owners or occupants of each residence shall pay a charge for the collection and disposal of trash, garbage and refuse by a private collector contracted by the Village referred to as the Collector. The term "residence" shall include a multiple dwelling structure containing more than three units. (Ord. 926. Passed 9-16-13.)
