133.04 FURNISHING PUBLIC UTILITIES FOR MUNICIPAL OR PUBLIC PURPOSES WITHOUT CHARGE TO THE VILLAGE.

Effective as of July 1, 2013, the products of the public utilities owned by the Village of Edgerton, Ohio, when used for municipal or public purposes, shall be furnished free of charge.
