925.31 RUNOFF CALCULATION AND CONTROL CRITERIA (CRITICAL STORM METHOD).
   (a)   The critical storm method shall be used in determining the magnitude of runoff control.
   (b)   In most cases for small sites, the developer will know how the surface of the site is to be developed. He can then go directly to calculation of increase of runoff and determination of runoff criteria following the steps in Section 925.26.
