(a) Upon receipt of a complaint, the Village of Edgerton shall inspect the site and follow the procedures as outlined in Section 925.12. The Village Administrator shall also file a report and send a copy to the person filing the complaint on the findings.
(b) During the complaint review, the Village may request recommendations from the Williams County Soil and Water Conservation District, the Edgerton Planning Commission and the OEPA, and such other persons or agencies as the Village deems appropriate.
