Violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and violators shall be subject to a criminal penalty of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per violation per day and/or imprisonment for a period of time not to exceed thirty days. Violators may also be subject to criminal prosecution under applicable state or federal law.
