The adoption of this chapter shall implement the use of the Village of Edgerton Storm Water Management Rules and Regulations, which are Codified in Chapter 925 for all land development meeting the applicability criteria within the document. The rules and regulations established within the Village of Edgerton Storm Water Management Rules and Regulations document shall be applicable to all subdivision or site plan applications, unless eligible for an exemption or granted a waiver by the Village of Edgerton as set forth within the document.
