(a) The operator of a facility, including construction sites, required to have a NPDES permit to discharge storm water associated with industrial or construction activity shall submit a copy of the Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Village at the same time the operator submits the original Notice of Intent to the EPA. A SWPPP in compliance with the OEPA General Permit and the Village Storm Water Rules and Regulations shall also be submitted. The facility will be required to submit a plan detailing storm drainage and storm water management.
(b) A person commits an offense if the person operates a facility that is discharging storm water associated with industrial activity without having submitted a copy of the Notice of Intent to do so to the Village of Edgerton. (Ord. 863. Passed 5-4-09.)
