923.09 NUISANCES.

(a) An actual or threatened discharge to the Village storm sewer system that violates or would violate this Article is hereby declared to be a nuisance.

(b) A line conveying sewage or designed to convey sewage that is connected to the Village storm sewer system is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
