(a) Waiver or Modification. It is within the Village Administrator's reasonable discretion to modify or waive any portion of this chapter, if in his or her judgment, such requirements are not necessary or appropriate to protect the Village's interest and the purposes and intent of this chapter.
(b) Appeal and Variance. Within ten days of a written decision from the Village Administrator regarding any requirements of this chapter, a service provider may appeal the decision to, or apply for a variance from, the Village Planning Commission, the Zoning Ordinance and this chapter. The appeal or request for variance shall be heard according to the rules and procedures of the Commission. (Ord. 862. Passed 4-20-09.)
