Sec. 13-1-6 Interpretation; Standard Industrial Classifications.
   (a)   In their interpretation and application, the provisions of this Chapter shall be held to be minimum requirements and shall be liberally construed in favor of the Village and shall not be construed to be a limitation or repeal of any other power now possessed by the Village of Edgar.
   (b)   Uses allowed in Commercial and Industrial Districts may be cross-referenced with the Standard Industrial Classification when appropriate. The SIC number is shown in [ ].
