(a) The use of any of the facilities in the Municipal Building for any sale or marketing of products or services by private entities or regularly scheduled activitie may be permitted under the following circumstances:
(1) The selling/marketing individual or entity, or other organization must be either:
a. A non-profit organization; or
b. An invited guest of a nonprofit organization (speaker, product or service representative, etc.).
(2) Prior approval of the Village Administrator must be obtained. Non-profit organizations seeking such approval must have a current certificate of insurance on file with the Village Administrator. If requested, proof of nonprofit status must also be provided to the Village Administrator.
(b) Any room used for such purposes must be returned to its pre-event condition; all sales brochures and materials are to be removed from the building at the conclusion of the event. Failure to do so may result in denial of future requests for use of the facility by the responsible organization.
(c) The Village reserves the right to limit such reservation dates if such use becomes inequitable to other citizens.
