The holder of an annual license granted under this Article shall submit an application for renewal at least sixty (60) days before the expiration of the license. Such license may be renewed pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-7-22 as that Section applies to notice being given by the Village Administrator-Clerk-Treasurer and provisions for publication and action by the Village Board.
