No person shall operate a snowmobile upon any sidewalk, pedestrian way or upon the area between the sidewalk and the curb line of any street in the Village of Edgar, except as specifically authorized by Section 10-3-8 or for the purpose of crossing to obtain immediate access to an authorized area of operation.
