Sec. 10-1-45 Motorized Vehicles or Horses on Village Trails.
   (a)   No horses or motorized vehicles shall be permitted to use or cross any portion of a walking trail that is situated in the Village of Edgar.
   (b)   No horses or motorized vehicles other than licensed snowmobiles shall be permitted to use or cross any portion of the snowmobile trails that are situated in the Village of Edgar.
