Sec. 7-4-1 Registration Required.
The purpose of this Chapter is to protect the residents of the Village of Edgar in direct consumer transactions, solicitation activities, sales from mobile food establishments. It shall be unlawful for any person, business or organization to engage in such activities within the Village of Edgar without being registered for that purpose as provided herein.
