Sec. 2-2-1 Village Board.
The Village President and Trustees of the Village of Edgar shall constitute the Village Board. The Village Board shall be vested with all the powers of the Village not specifically given some other officer, as well as those powers set forth elsewhere throughout this Code of Ordinances.
