Sec. 15-3-16 Limitations on Village Responsibility.
Nothing in this Chapter creates or imposes, nor shall be construed to create or impose, any greater obligation or responsibility on the Village of Edgar, which has adopted this Chapter, than those minimum requirements specifically required by the Wisconsin Statutes and Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WisDNR) regulations.
