Sec. 3-1-9 Temporary Investment of Funds Not Immediately Needed.
The Village Administrator-Clerk-Treasurer, under the policy direction of the Village Board, may invest any Village funds not immediately needed, pursuant to Secs. 66.0603 and 219.05, Wis. Stats.
