§ 50.01  PUBLIC UTILITY DUTIES.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of any public utility to keep on file with the City Clerk/Treasurer a map indicating the locations of all underground utilities.
   (B)   The map shall be updated at least yearly by all public utilities unless there are no changes to note on the map previously furnished, and in that case, a letter to that effect by the utility will be sufficient.
