§ 32.56  APPOINTMENT OF RESCUE SQUAD CHIEF.
   (A)   The Rescue Squad Chief shall be appointed by, and be responsible to, the City Council. The Council shall consider recommendations made by the members of the Rescue Squad in making such appointment.
   (B)   The Rescue Squad Chief shall be appointed for a two-year term and shall serve as Chief for no more than 15 consecutive years, at the pleasure of the City Council.
