§ 32.44  NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
   Should the Fire Marshal on such inspections discover that any of the provisions of this subchapter are being violated, said Fire Marshal is hereby required to give notice thereof in writing to the owners or occupants of such buildings, requiring them to comply with the provisions of this subchapter within 48 hours.
