(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to tamper with or in any manner ring or cause to be rung the fire alarm system of the city, except that when said system is caused to be rung by authority of the City Council or Chief of the Fire Department, and except when a fire exists within the area served by said Department.
(B) It shall also be unlawful for any unauthorized person to enter the Fire Hall or any other building in the charge of the Fire Department or to tamper with any equipment therein.
