§ 30.04 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   (A)   Each meeting of the Council shall convene at the time and place appointed therefor.
   (B)   Council business shall be conducted in the following order:
      (1)   Call to order;
      (2)   Roll call;
      (3)   Approval of minutes;
      (4)   Petitions, requests, and communications;
      (5)   Reports of officers, boards, and commissions;
      (6)   Unfinished business;
      (7)   New business;
      (8)   Miscellaneous; and
      (9)   Adjournment.
