§ 91.17  USE OF FUNDS.
   (A)   The principal of the Public Works Reserve Fund for street improvement shall be used only for the replacement of curb and gutter on State Street between Meeker Avenue and Coleman Avenue.
   (B)   The interest earned on the unpaid balance of the sale of the Eden Valley Municipal Store, and the interest earned on the principal of the Public Works Reserve Fund shall be used only for street improvements or sewer or water main construction.
