SCHEDULE I.  PROHIBITED OVERNIGHT PARKING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or owner to abandon or cause to allow a vehicle to remain, stand, or be parked overnight upon State Street, between Park Avenue and Stearns Avenue, within the city.
